Our Mission

At LyfeLynk, our mission is to provide a safe place where people can gather to share and own their individualized, unique stories. We understand that those who come to us are from a variety of backgrounds and carry different traumas. We believe that every person deserves a chance to heal and learn the tools of rebuilding their lives, free from the grips of emotional pain. We encourage transparency in order to build trust, and leave space for sharing the vulnerabilities attached to every unique story. It is our belief that healing can begin and result in better outcomes when decision-making processes are equally shared. Through the compassionate support of evidence-based treatments, and a strong sense of community, we strive to empower individuals to be able to overcome their challenges and embrace a life of purpose and fulfilment. We believe one of our greatest needs is to have “relationships with each other” and from that build hope in a healthy, purposeful life.
